My name is Mona Zavala and I am very excited to be
Omega Phi Alpha's Co-Membership Director!! I cannot wait to meet each and everyone of you and help guide you through the new member process. I know y’all might be nervous or scared, but no need to worry, all of our active members are just as excited to meet you and create more memories. Going through this process I was nervous to interact with everyone, but all the girls I met were very kind and welcoming. We all want you to enjoy your time with us and get to see how much of a family we are.
Joining OPhiA has definitely opened up my arms to
becoming more comfortable and interactive to new people. If you decide to join, the same will happen to you. The sisterhood bond is one you can’t get anywhere else. The friendships and memories you make will last you a life time. Entering the recruitment process can be nerve racking, but I assure you we will be there to help you along the way. <3

I am Karime Trevino-Rodriguez, and as one of Omega
Phi Alpha’s Membership Directors, I am beyond excited to extend a heartfelt welcome to you! When I first applied to this sorority, I was filled with a mix of excitement and nervous anticipation. As I met the incredible individuals during this process, my heart quickly found a home with Omega Phi Alpha. Through our shared passion for service, we have the power to impact lives and create positive change.
It is an experience that has enriched my college years
and beyond. I’ve made connections that have brought endless laughter, support during challenges, and a sense of unconditional acceptance. I have discovered a second family within our sisterhood, and I know that the same awaits you.
